Do I need IT Setup before I can add these on?
Yes. These services build on a Microsoft 365 account that already has a business domain and secured accounts. If you're starting from scratch, begin with IT Setup, then come back here when you're ready to grow into more of 365.
How is pricing determined?
Every service is scoped to your team size and how you actually work. We'll quote a flat price after a short call, so you know the number before committing to anything.
What's the difference between this and IT Setup?
IT Setup covers your domain, business email, multi-factor authentication, and initial devices. These services pick up from there: Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, deeper security, and ongoing license and account management.
Can I add just one of these services?
Yes. Teams and file sharing, device security, and licensing management can each be added on their own or together, whatever your team needs right now.
Do you manage licenses if people join or leave my team?
Yes. Ongoing admin is part of this service, so adding or removing a user, and adjusting their license, doesn't fall on you.
How is this different from Microsoft support?
Microsoft supports the platform. We handle your specific setup, decisions, and day-to-day questions, and we know how your business actually uses it.
Is there a contract?
No. Services are scoped and quoted per engagement, with no long-term contract required.
What if I only want stronger security, not the full package?
